English/Bible Class

Would you like to learn the Bible in a relaxed setting over coffee and snacks? Would you like to learn some English that you can use right away? Then the afternoon English Bible class is perfect for you!

This class is designed specifically for people who may have never read the Bible before, or have never been to church, but want to know what the Bible is all about. You don't have to know anything about the Bible to attend this class. In fact, you don't even have to bring a Bible; we'll provide one for you!

In this class, we go through the Bible to learn about who God is, how He uses the Bible to communicate to us, and how He provided each one of us a way to go to Heaven. We will be going through the basics of the Bible in an easy-to-understand way that will be sure to keep you interesed, and wanting to know more about the special plan that God has for your life!

After studying the Bible for 45 minutes, we then study English for 45 minutes.

Using the "Side by Side" study book, Pastor Steve teaches English in a way that is easy to understand for someone just starting in English, but also gives helpful tips to those who have been studying for years. In a relaxed, sitting around the table atmosphere, you can learn not just the basics, but the foundation blocks that will help build your English speaking level to new heights!
